Mai Lee is a veteran, world traveler, student of life, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, and a Life Coach specializing in self-reflection, authenticity, and growth. She has 21 years in the U.S. Army that has led her to a larger purpose of helping others understand themselves to achieve their own goals and discover and pursue their purpose. She went through her own transformational period with a High Performance Life Coach during a major life transition and found amazing impactful life change that put her on a new life path.

Mai Lee acknowledges the importance of one-on-one hands-on support to challenge you and help you reach your aspirations. She has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Illinois in Chicago and a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling from Stephen F. Austin State University, and has studied and completed life coach training with Dr. Liz Lasky and Kimberly Boyd.
